February 1, 2025
9:30am-5:30pm on Zoom
with Midwest Diamond Approach Teachers

The calling to know oneself is a deeply personal movement that arises from the heart, igniting a journey of inner work and self-discovery. The Diamond Approach offers a unique path to self-realization, integrating psychological and spiritual understanding into a living knowledge that guides us to embody our true nature. Through open-ended inquiry—radical acceptance of where we are as a doorway to deeper truth—participants can access greater freedom, fulfillment, and illumination. This workshop invites you to explore the profound depth of your inner being through presentations, practices, and meaningful discussion, providing a transformative experience rooted in nearly thirty years of teaching in the Midwest.

Facilitator: Sheryl Lyndes Stowman, M. Div., she/her, has had a lifelong love of the mysterious and creative Presence we often call the Divine or True Nature.  This brought her early in life into the Christian ministry and following a Christian contemplative path.  She spent 33 years as a Clinical Pastoral Educator/Chaplain guiding ministers in personal and professional development,  where she delved deeply into psychological understandings of personality and spiritual development.  She also trained in spiritual guidance from an eco-feminist perspective and has practiced as a spiritual director since 1998.  Drawn to the wisdom and integration of Diamond Approach 17 years ago, she has been an active student and currently is an ordained teacher-minister in this spiritual path as well.
